Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase explain the conditions that apply when you order products through this website. Please read them together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Customer Service Policy before completing a purchase. Questions should be submitted through the Contact page.

Placing an Order

You must be legally able to enter the purchase transaction or act with the necessary authorization. Provide accurate information when ordering, including the selected items, quantities, recipient details, billing information, and delivery address.

Before confirming payment, review the available product information and your order total. An order confirmation records the purchase details provided through checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the affected purchase. Amounts paid for items that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

Product Information

Descriptions, sizes, ingredients, and other available details help you assess whether a product meets your needs. Please review that information carefully. Images are provided to assist with identification and presentation; screen settings and lighting may affect their appearance.

If an important product detail is unclear, ask through the Contact page before purchasing. Website content does not replace information supplied with a product or professional advice where such advice is appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy for goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

Prices and Payment

All prices, order transactions, and refunds are in USD. The total shown at checkout should be reviewed before payment. Use one of the payment options displayed during checkout and provide the authorization required for that transaction.

We do not add shipping charges to orders. Every product qualifies for free shipping without a minimum purchase amount. We also cover the related customs duties, import charges, and associated delivery charges. Customers are not required to pay additional shipping or customs fees beyond the order total.

If you notice a pricing discrepancy or receive an unexpected request for a delivery or customs payment, contact us before making the additional payment. We will review the relevant order information and explain the appropriate resolution.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 days, with estimated delivery in 6–12 days. The preparation period and delivery estimate describe separate stages of fulfillment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments and may be affected by transportation disruptions, customs processing, or other events affecting the delivery network.

Check your delivery information carefully. If you discover an address error or need an update about a parcel, contact us promptly. Where delivery is delayed, incomplete, or disputed, we will review the available information rather than treat a delivery status alone as resolving every concern. Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order. We will check whether the order can still be modified. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop its journey and will explain the return process instead.

Returns and Refunds

A 60 day return window applies following delivery. Request return instructions through the Contact page before sending a parcel back. Include your order reference and identify the items involved so that the return can be linked to the correct purchase.

Refund processing takes 5–10 days after the returned order has been received and the refund approved. Refunds are issued in USD through the original payment method where possible. The Refund Policy provides further information about returns, damaged or incorrect items, and refund inquiries.

Order Problems and Disputes

Contact us if a product is damaged, incorrect, missing, or otherwise affected by an order problem. Describe the issue and retain relevant packaging while the matter is reviewed. Photographs can help explain the concern. We will discuss the available resolution with you, without requiring an additional shipping or customs payment to correct an error in your delivery.

If a concern remains unresolved, explain the outstanding issue through the Contact page and refer to earlier communications. This process does not prevent you from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Personal Information and Other Policies

Information used to process purchases and service requests is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Use of the website is also subject to the Terms of Use. Where another policy provides a specific benefit, such as free shipping or the stated return window, these terms do not remove that benefit.

Changes to These Terms

The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Later revisions will not retrospectively reduce the rights associated with an existing order without a valid legal basis. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of the wording of these terms.
