Description

Simply Organic® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix brings bold Southwestern flavor to homemade chili. Smoky Hatch green chile pepper pairs with earthy cumin and bright coriander, while herbs like oregano, thyme, parsley and cilantro add balance. Black pepper, celery seed and a touch of cayenne deliver gentle heat and a satisfying finish.

How To Use

Directions

You Will Need:

1 lb. ground chicken
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (15.5 oz.) Great Northern or cannellini beans, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles (optional)

To Make:

Add 1 Tbsp. oil to medium pan on medium-high heat.
Add ground chicken and cook thoroughly, until temperature reaches 165°.
Add 1 cup water, undrained beans, seasoning mix, and green chiles (optional).
Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Suggested Uses

Mix packet contents with cooked ground chicken, beans, green chiles and water, simmer for 5 minutes or until it's as thick as you like. Also makes a great seasoning for bean dip.
